It's sickening to see this happening over and over. I myself was a victim of plagiarism. While looking through a magazine at Starbucks I was shocked to see a short story I had written years back (I posted on a blog here in the blogsphere somewhere) maktouba besem someone else, a nick name which wasn't mines. I was furious . I later learned that the magazine gets a lot of work from freelance writers and get *ithinkcorrectmeifimwrong* 25KD per article. So that person got 25KD.. what did "madry shakw" get by posting these poems ? Why is everyone so fake, even in anonymous blogs under anonymous names they are fake . Shele estefadita ? Ghair humilating herself, and taking us all for idiots.

Day 1

A new blog in a new year. January 1st 2010. 01-01-10. Since today is so special and my blog is so special, I'll start out by sharing a special recipe *ahem ahem*. 6ab3an, I dont expect any of you to actually try the recipe out because of how hard it is ! Not your regualr kind of hard, la2 la2 , like really hard , really really hard, Le Cordon Bleu kind of hard !! ..

Recipe:

-4 tablespoons flour (not the self rising, the regular kind)

-4 tablespoons sugar

-2 tablespoons cocoa powder (hard2find good coco in Kuwait, dont say shda3wa ! Good coco goes a long way, like Valrhona , but Hersheys will do for the time being ;p go for special dark *thumbs up*)

-1 egg

-3 tablespoons milk

-3 tablespoons oil

- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (I used chocolate chunks (milk chocolate) for that molten center effect !)

((Now u can get creative! Add wtv u like ! I once added raspberries and that was a lovely mess, u can go for strawberries, pecans,walnuts, marshmallows, cornflakes, digestive bits e.t.c ))

-1/2 teaspoon vanilla

-1or2 Cups/Mugs (u can use a "finyal")

Steps :

1.Mix all the dry ingredients together

2.Add the egg and mix 3adil madil

3.Pour in the milk and oil and mix 3adil 3adil

4.Add the chocolate, vanilla extract, and wtv ur using and mix mix mix !

5.Pour the final mixture eb koub/mug/finyal
6.Put your mug in the microwave & cook for give/take 3-4min.

yes you read it ;p 3 MINUTES !!

When its done you can have it straight from the cup/mug/finyal but wheres the fun in that ? Tip it over onto a plate and have it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a side of fruit ! Anyways bel3afya :) and sorry for the low quality pics !
